Despite its central location, White Jade offers a serene escape amidst lush greenery, perfect for those seeking luxury, comfort, and privacy.

The villa exudes contemporary charm with tropical undertones, featuring four expansive, air conditioned bedrooms adorned with queen sized beds, tasteful interiors, and attached modern bathrooms. The stylish living area, coupled with a well equipped kitchen and inviting dining space, creates the perfect setting for leisurely mornings, relaxed afternoons, or intimate evening gatherings with loved ones.

At the heart of the property is a pristine private swimming pool surrounded by peaceful outdoor lounging areas, ideal for soaking up the sun or unwinding under the stars. Guests can start their day with a fresh breakfast prepared by a private cook available from 8 AM to 11 AM (ingredients and groceries charged as per actuals), and lunch or dinner can be arranged at an additional cost. Daily housekeeping and dishwashing services are offered once a day between 12 PM and 6 PM, ensuring the villa remains spotless throughout your stay. A courteous caretaker is available on-site from 9 AM to 6 PM to attend to any guest requirements.

Modern amenities such as high speed WiFi, 100 percentage power backup, and free on-site parking provide uninterrupted convenience. Check in time is after 2:00 PM, while check out is by 10:00 AM. Luggage drop off is welcome in case of early arrival, and late check out requests may be considered based on availability.

Guests are kindly expected to follow villa guidelines to ensure a seamless experience. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa; however, it is permitted in designated balconies or outdoor areas. Any violation of this policy will incur a penalty of 10,000. The number of guests must match the confirmed booking. In case of additional occupancy, a strict penalty of 5,000 per person per night will be charged, only if it is within the villa’s hosting capacity. To maintain pool hygiene, if any food, drinks, or pollutants enter the water, a professional pool cleaning fee of 25,000 will be applicable.
