This Villa is very poorly maintained. The pictures you see are from many years back. the pool is dangerous wood rotten and nails exposed. the chairs and table you see are rotten. No pool loungers and very poorly kept kitchen. The owners are not repairing or willing to spend money on this and I paid a large sum of money for as stated luxury premium Villa, LET ME ASSURE YOU, THIS IT IS NOT!!! When they complain to the management they acknowledge but they wont give you even a penny back for the fact you have been massively oversold and overcharged. We got this from the Goa Villa website and the Instagram Serene Escapes Luxury Villas showed pictures which are clearly as built not current at all, my advice do not rent with this company, you will pay top prices and will be extremely disappointed!
Good building,good location, Poor service,poor maintainance,main bedroom door hinge not functional=can not be closed,tv not working as subscription not paid,caretaker is not groomed for service: took away table mats from laid table:saying that they will go dirty, refused to give salt:bring your own,towels dried under fan and returned to bathroom without washing. Marketing person says checkout at 12 noon, premises manager sends message to checkout at 11am: guest had to organise coordination between the two. Polite people, expected to make corrections and improve in future.
We have just come here… booked for 3 nights… pathetic place… pool is really dirty and badly maintained… and not ready for us. They do not even keep packets of tea and coffee for the guests … buy your own! It is a lot of money for an extremely terrible place… I would give this 0 stars
