Escape to tranquility at The Lakeside Villa in Igatpuri, where rustic charm meets breathtaking views. Nestled on a sprawling 1-acre property, this wooden-style lake chalet offers a serene retreat with stunning lakeside vistas, making it the ideal getaway for unforgettable family gatherings and rejuvenating vacations. The villa is equipped with a full-time in-house chef, so guests only need to pay for groceries, ensuring a hassle-free and memorable experience.
The Arowana Lakeside is a cozy and enchanting chalet featuring 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Three of these bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while two are situated on the lower ground floor. All rooms are fitted with premium linens, modern amenities including LED TVs with cable connections, wardrobes, and convenient charging points. Attached balconies or French windows in each room offer picturesque views of the tranquil lake.
The villa boasts 5 attached bathrooms, each with modern fittings and geysers for hot water. In addition, there's a common washroom in the living room for guests' convenience. The property offers spacious outdoor spaces, including a private pool overlooking the lake, lush lawns for outdoor activities, and several outdoor seating areas perfect for dining and relaxation. There are also balconies with seating arrangements, as well as a large driveway and parking area for your cars.
Indoors, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and microwave, a separate dining area, and a double-height living space where families can gather and share special moments. A Bluetooth speaker is available for guests to enjoy music throughout the property. For those who love games, indoor options like Carrom and Chess are available.
Guest access is entirely private, with no shared spaces, ensuring an undisturbed stay. The villa includes full access to all areas, including the pool and lush lawns, making it the perfect retreat. A refundable deposit of INR 10,000 is required at check-in, and parking is available on-site. Additional amenities include a breakfast and tea/coffee service, a barbeque setup upon request, and separate serve ware for veg and non-veg meals.
Please note that smoking is only permitted outdoors, and a valid ID verification is required at check-in. The villa also has an inverter and battery backup to meet basic electricity needs. We ask guests to respect the villa's capacity and refrain from bringing unaccounted guests.

Palace of Versailles, Hall of Mirrors
Take a day trip to the Palace of Versailles, a stunning royal chateau and UNESCO World Heritage site located just outside of Paris. Explore the vast gardens, the Hall of Mirrors, and the ornate apartments of the kings and queens of France.

The amenities, including the indoor pool, mini theatre, kitchen, and open terrace, truly exceeded our expectations. Whether we were taking a dip in the pool, enjoying a movie night in the mini theatre, or simply soaking in the serene atmosphere on the open terrace, every moment felt like pure bliss. The villa's picturesque surroundings added to the charm, making it a memorable experience for everyone. Outstandinggggggg… Just blown away by each and everything this villa had to offer. Clean,spacious,luxury feel,care-taker was very supportive and polite. I wouldn’t find a single negative thing about the place if i had to. It was 10 out of 5 stars if i could have rated it. Highly recommended.
