Run away from this builder. My friend is regretting that she bought a villa from them in citrus Polaris. Once they take your money, they will not do any work. They will also sell the land allocated as a garden to someone to make extra money. They are the worst builder. I have heard about a lot of real estate developers and they are the worst. Invest your hard earned money somewhere else.
Visited this place recently. Project started in 2019 and still WIP. None of the houses have ventilation. Not sure in that 800sft plots, why they have given double heighted living room consuming most of 1st floor space. They have interesting provided some metal blinds at a height of about 8ft in living room for ventilation (it seems). Weirdest thing I have ever seen...
Do not buy anything from them. They are the worst kind of builder. They will take your money and disappear. They will sell the waste land allocated as a garden in your society. Do not invest your hard earned money with them. Run away.
Excellent project and 1km away from nearest metro station and 1.5km from mall of Asia
Construction is on full swing, but will be available only by January 2024. The hall and kitchen areas are good, specially the entrance is quite secure. The room are very small, moreover each floor has a 1 bedroom, so it won't work if you have small children who needs to be taken care, it feels like a lodge each one living in each floor. The stairs are quite narrow. But you get a terrace.
Location is good. But the row house is very very small. The floor plan is not so great. They should have had one bedroom on ground floor
Zen Garden is a beautiful villa project 3bhk and eco-friendly with STP and lung space. It is also budget friendly.
The site visit experience is good. The location is good. Construction is on full swing. Overall the project is good. Should consider this property.
Booked and cancelled due to background , then bought Radiance Iris , this people are not returning my booking amount
Model Villa is not ready because buyer will get to know how small the unit is. Not worth the money.
