Welcome to the luxurious Atlanta Villa, a serene 4BHK retreat designed to offer comfort, entertainment, and convenience for your perfect getaway. Nestled amidst a tranquil setting, the villa boasts four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, including one on the ground floor and three on the upper floors. Each room is furnished with cozy double beds, fresh linen, pillows, and additional mattresses available upon request. A total of five modern bathrooms, equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water, ensure a relaxing stay, while basic toiletries and towels are provided for your convenience.
The villa’s expansive living room is ideal for hosting up to 17 guests. It comes equipped with a flat-screen TV with DTH connection, Wi-Fi, and a music system to keep you entertained. For added fun, enjoy classic board games like Carrom, Ludo, and Chess. The well-equipped kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts, featuring a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and essential cookware, making it perfect for preparing delicious meals. Alternatively, you can explore nearby dining options.
Step outside to enjoy the villa’s private swimming pool, a highlight of the property, designed to accommodate 8-17 people. With dimensions of 10 ft x 20 ft and a depth of 4.5 ft, it is the perfect spot for relaxation. However, children must be supervised at all times while in or near the pool. The villa also offers secured parking for two cars, ensuring a hassle-free arrival and stay.
For your comfort, the villa has a set of house rules to maintain a pleasant ambiance. Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM, and smoking, hookah, or alcohol consumption is prohibited in the bedrooms. Pets and footwear are also restricted inside the villa. A refundable security deposit is required at check-in, and all guests must present valid ID proof. A dedicated and trained caretaker is available to address any concerns, ensuring a seamless experience throughout your stay.
Located just 2.5 km from Lonavala Railway Station and 3 km from Khandala Railway Station, the villa is easily accessible by all modes of transport. The local market is a short 3 km away, offering convenience for any last-minute needs. Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. However, please note that while every effort is made to provide uninterrupted service, the villa is not responsible for government electricity outages.
