Pool was very dirty, bed sheets were stained, bathroom had a small snake! Don’t book this villa at all.

Property is good and situated very close from Main market area. However, property is old and not at all well maintained and extreme untidy. Kitchen area was dusty. Cleanliness was very poor. Thankfully, we didn't spend 1000rs per head for food in it. As informed to us earlier, there is no generator backup, but Inverter on which Fan and light works for 2 hours, but even Inverter doesn't work and there was complete blackout , when there was power failure at night. TV in one of room is not working, Even Ceiling Fan working in that room as if it was in its last stage and they are not even bothered to fix it, caretaker said its not working since long. There was leakage in baby pool, resulting water leakage in garden space. There is parking space for only 1 Car in villa. Lastly, Caretaker Dashrath is irresponsible and careless behavior. He will not be available for hours even after calling him , many times. Even for check out he kept us wait for almost 1 hour. Property : 2.5/5 Cleanliness : 2/5 Location : 3.5/5 If you are paying more then Rs 5000 - 6000 for this property, then it isn't worth it at all. Like
Very cute n small 3bhk property with pool in Lonavala. Perfect for weekend getaway with bunch of friends or family. Pool for kids is also attached. Swimming pool is bit small but ok. Everything is clean. Wifi is also there, tv also works fine. Had lots of fun. See attached pics and videos for more.
Never experienced this much pathetic and fraud response ever. even after i booked one month prior, never do early booking in this villa because once the get better opportunity, they will refund your amount with some silly excuses and you will not able to do anything. Writting this just to help other visitors! Always keep in mind once they get better opportunity they will refund your money back.
I recently stayed at the Great Escape Villa by Tropicana Stays and was thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, the swimming pool is incredibly small, not at all as advertised. It felt more like a large bathtub than a proper pool. The food quality was also subpar, especially considering the high prices they charge. I expected much better for the amount we paid. Furthermore, the TV in our villa was of poor quality, and the remote didn't work at all, making it useless. The geysers were faulty. The water taps didn't work properly, which was a major inconvenience. For the premium price they charge, these basic amenities should be in perfect working order. Overall, this villa is not worth the money. There are far better options available at similar or even lower prices. I strongly advise against booking this villa. Save your money and look elsewhere.
