This beautiful 2BHK private villa in Lonavala offers a tranquil retreat with stunning views and a private pool. Perfect for a family getaway, the villa comes fully furnished with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Located near the renowned Ekvira Aai Temple, the property is surrounded by the natural beauty of Lonavala, offering peace and serenity away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
To enhance your experience, the villa provides a caretaker upon request, who can assist you during your stay. In addition, there are several famous Dhabhas nearby where guests can enjoy authentic local cuisine. For added convenience, the villa has a battery backup system in place to handle power outages. This backup can power lights and fans for up to 2 to 3 hours, ensuring comfort during any unexpected disruptions. However, please note that this backup is not designed to support the full range of household appliances.
Before check-in, a refundable security deposit of ?3,000 will be collected. This deposit will be refunded if the number of guests does not increase, and check-out times are followed. The deposit may also be used to cover any damages incurred during your stay. For those interested in using the private kitchen, there is an additional paid service available.
In case of a late check-out, a fee of ?1,000 per hour will be deducted from the security deposit. This ensures that your stay remains smooth and well-managed. With its comfortable facilities, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful amenities, this villa is the ideal choice for a relaxing family vacation.
