Blue Ridge Villa is a beautiful mountain-view retreat located amidst the lush greenery and serene landscapes of nature. Perfect for families and groups, this spacious three-bedroom villa is designed to offer a peaceful escape from the city, with breathtaking views, a nearby waterfall, and all the comforts of a modern holiday home. With additional sofa-cum-beds, the villa comfortably accommodates up to fifteen guests, making it ideal for gatherings and celebrations.
The interiors are thoughtfully furnished, featuring three cozy bedrooms and four well-maintained bathrooms, including one with a luxurious bathtub. The villa has a spacious living room that flows into an open kitchen, creating a warm and inviting space for guests to relax and enjoy meals together. For those who wish to cook, the kitchen can be used at a nominal charge of one thousand rupees for twenty-two hours.
At the heart of the property is a private swimming pool measuring twelve by twenty-four feet, offering a perfect place to unwind under the Goan sun or stargaze during a night swim. Guests can relax on the balcony with mountain views or gather around the barbecue area for a lively evening with friends. The villa is also equipped with modern conveniences such as an LED television, fridge, music system, drinking water, and geysers in all bathrooms.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, a range of recreational options is available, including indoor games like carrom and playing cards, as well as badminton for some outdoor fun. Extra mattresses are provided for larger groups, and a first aid kit ensures safety. A dedicated caretaker is available throughout the day, and ample parking space is provided for guest vehicles.
At check-in, guests are required to pay the remaining balance along with a refundable security deposit of five thousand rupees, which will be returned at checkout after inspection of the property. All guests must carry valid photo ID proof such as an Aadhaar card, driving license, or passport. Please note that pets are not allowed, and footwear should not be worn inside the bungalow to maintain cleanliness.
Swimming pool access is available from eight in the morning to ten at night, and outdoor music is permitted only until ten at night to respect the peaceful surroundings. In case of cancellations, no refunds will be provided.
