"The Breeze Villa," a luxurious 4BHK retreat in Lonavala, offers an idyllic escape with a private pool, lush lawns, a charming stone-themed fountain, and stunning hill views. Designed for comfort and leisure, this villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms with premium linen, wardrobes, and large windows that frame breathtaking panoramas. Two of the rooms include ensuite bathrooms, while the other two have modern washrooms conveniently located just outside. Each bathroom is equipped with geysers, towels, and essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
Step outside to indulge in the villa’s serene outdoor spaces, including a mountain-facing private pool perfect for refreshing dips, expansive lawns ideal for activities, and alfresco seating areas for relaxed dining. Families with children will appreciate the swings, a kids' play area with a slide and trampoline, and ample space to unwind. Inside, the villa offers multiple gathering areas, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dedicated dining space for shared meals. Guests can enjoy music with a Bluetooth speaker or simply relax by the scenic decks.
Our full-time in-house chef prepares fresh, homely meals, with guests required to cover grocery costs, while morning breakfast, tea, and coffee are complimentary. Barbecue arrangements and separate serve ware for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are available upon request. With complete privacy and no shared spaces, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire villa, including its pool and lawns. Additional conveniences include parking, inverter backup for basic electricity needs, and a refundable deposit of INR 10,000 payable at check-in. My Family was super Happy at the Arowana Villa. We definitely visiting again. Special Thanks to Rudra Ji for being so Kind and Patient. He is an Asset to Arowana Villa with extremely high level of customer service. He accommodated every small need and fulfilled every exception 100%. We had senior citizen and a small child along but he helped to get what everyone wanted. Thanks to Ameena too for getting this booked for us and communicating with us very politely with 100 calls we made her. Thank you both for this lovely experience
It’s beautiful property at beautiful location. Very rarely you have such perfect combination All. Location, cleanliness and hospitality. Caretaker Rudra and his team is amazing. It felt like home away from home. All senior citizens, kids everyone enjoyed. God bless Mr Rudra and team. It was memorable. Food was amazing . If owners are listening - please add soft mattresses, they are Al very very hard and uncomfortable. And please add wheelchair access too.
Excellent Property. Awesome staff. Delicious food. Had a gala time . Kids enjoyed playing cricket badminton carrom and swimming. We had a Dance party in night . We are all ladies and kids it's very safe place. Thanks for a enjoyable and memorable experience.

Very good place, good bathrooms and well maintained villa. There is ample space to play box cricket and other outdoor activities. Main highlight is the chef, awesome food and very courteous. He made everything we asked for, please decide the menu before coming to the villa. You have to buy the groceries or pay the money to the chef, he will make the arrangements. Barbecue is also available. It is good place for 3 family, group of 12 to 15 people can manage. Villa can be booked for 11 people , extra person cost 1500 rupees.
It's a villa near Pawana Lake, Lonavala. It's a Four Bedroom with Two Halls at Ground and first floor altogether. It also has Swimming Pool, Loan Area and Children's Play Area. It got specious bedrooms. It's is for 12-16 members. Ratings : Location : 4/5 (Very decent location, can see glimpses of Pawana lake.) Property : 4/5 (Only draw back is that it does have approx. 20 - 25 steps to climb. Elderly or someone can't walk it will be difficult for them) Service : 5/5 (Bhandariji is master of all and very happily providing his services.) Food: 5/5 (So far it's best villa in serving food for customers. You can ask for almost any food and Bhandariji will make it with 100% authentically.) Price: 4/5 (It's slightly on higher side in comparison with other accomodations available) Definitely a place where you can expect awesome Food, good services.
