Emerald Villa is a modern, spacious retreat that offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, designed with a fresh and clean atmosphere. The villa features a well-balanced interior with an open living room that comfortably accommodates large groups, designed to promote a casual yet elegant setting. The room is seamlessly connected to the outdoor swimming pool and deck area, creating a natural flow between the interior and exterior. The living room is equipped with a 55" smart satellite TV and a JBL 2.1 music system, enhancing the entertainment experience. For additional leisure, the villa provides a variety of games such as cricket, football, 8-ball pool, table tennis, table soccer, foosball, and chess. The terrace also offers ambient lighting and seating areas for outdoor gatherings, while a separate music system is available by the pool and deck area.

The villa offers 5 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while two others feature two king-size beds each, joined together for added comfort. The fifth bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed. Fresh linens are provided for all beds, and extra mattresses are available on request. The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, two-burner gas stove, and a water purifier, while a barbeque setup is available for outdoor cooking. The dining area seats up to 8 people, and guests cooking their meals are subject to a daily charge for kitchen utilities, gas cylinders, and cleaning services.

The private swimming pool, measuring 28 feet by 17 feet, invites guests to relax or swim. The property also boasts a 35 feet by 28 feet turf area for cricket and football, though there are no floodlights available. Prior approval is required for events like DJ or live music, which comes with a daily charge of Rs. 2,500. Additional amenities include fresh towels, shampoo, soap, a washing machine, on-call doctor services, Wi-Fi, an iron, a torch, wardrobes, and mosquito repellents. The villa is also equipped with an inverter backup and fire extinguishers for added safety. Gated parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

For safety, the pool has a water depth of 4 to 4.5 feet, with a separate baby pool at 2 feet. Guests are advised to exercise caution in the pool area. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000 is collected at check-in to cover any damages. The villa has a few house rules, such as requiring one guest to provide a photocopy of a photo ID at check-in, and others to complete a guest form. Loud music or noise is prohibited outdoors after 10 PM, though indoor music is allowed at a reasonable volume. Eating and drinking inside the pool is prohibited, and littering is not allowed outside the property. While the host is not on-site, a responsible caretaker is available to assist guests with any needs or concerns, ensuring a comfortable stay.
