Residence!
We had booked a 3BHK villa for a friend’s bachelorette party and there were 12 of us in total. On arrival we were informed that due to a short circuit at 3BHK villa (which was originally booked) we’d be shifted to a 4BHK villa which seemed fine at the time. However when we got there the villa was far from what we expected. The villa was not cleaned at all. Despite booking it 2-3 days in advance the curtains were dusty and there was dirt everywhere. It was clear no cleaning had been done before our arrival. The washroom doors wouldn’t lock. The lights were flickering in several rooms and the ACs weren’t working properly. there was no water in all the rooms. The pool was dirty even though we had informed them that we would need it the next morning. They didn’t bother cleaning it in advance. When we went to the pool we saw that cleaning was still in progress. The tiles were green and the water was milky.
Not at all recommended, they lack basic amenities. 1 ) Ac not working 2) Charing points were not working 3) Some wires where hanging out of the socket, one of our friend got electric shock while pressing fan button 4) Bathrooms where dirty 5) Swimming poll was not clean. I don't know for what they are charging money, giving 1 star only for the location

Very pathetic service..Not a place to visit in a group. Nothing was on time .. our check in was delayed..food was not on time ...pool was dirty Personally wouldn't recommend this place at all
1st : Electric lines are pathetic 2nd : Change Your Washroom System. Worst Washroom Ever. Change it you have received so many complaints I think you should apply it.
Extremely pathetic service We were group of 21 . Ac’s were not working , pool was extremely dirty , no water in the washrooms and terrible food The caretaker had so much attitude if we asked anything Not at a a place we recommend for anyone to visit
It was a wonderful stay with sumptuous and delicious food. The staff was very helpful and kept in check to your needs. We were unable to light our barbecue and asked the staff to do it for us they went ahead and helped us with it by preparing in the kitchen. The lunch, high tea, dinner, and breakfast was tasty and quite a full for us 12 people. The parking space, terrace and the level of privacy available there is great. We had only two had two concerns the pool was not clean as we had expected and it lacked the pool filters. And we had problems with the lock on one of the room where our friend got locked inside and was unable to come out for 1.5 hour and finally we had to break the door and bring him out. Other than this the location is reachable as mentioned. It was a great stay with the gang.
Harmony woods is the last place for a large group. There is nothing to do, bang in front of the highway. No man power, even the people who are there have no idea where things are kept. Terrible food which is never on time. Continually water issue, current off with no backup being spoilt. Swimming pool is there but so dirty that one would never go into it. What else could say? They charge a bomb to give you service that I have never seen anywhere else.
Worst experience ever. Felt like evilwood. Pool was not clean, Caretaker were no that good. Food was ok. Same food was repeated for night dinner. We cleaned the villa our self. Generator facilities were not available there. Not recommended at all. Specially Shanti nivas b
Food was good(probably the only good thing here)..water supply is not that great in the washrooms...The pool was not clean, my friend's leg was itching the whole time. The interior is good with a Snooker table on the first floor..
SERVICE: Needs to be improved & fixed, every time needs to give a call to the care taker for fixing basic things. FOOD: Non-Veg Dinner was good but Chinese was just weird in taste. Bungalow is good but needs more happening and maintained. SWIMMING POOL: Far away from Bungalow and not very well maintained. Overall according to the price range it is OKAY OKAY.
