This luxurious 4BHK property offers a comfortable and elegant living experience, featuring a private swimming pool that promises relaxation and enjoyment. Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning and has its own attached washroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The living room is furnished with a smart TV, allowing guests to unwind and watch their favorite shows in a cozy atmosphere. The property also includes a spacious pool deck area, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun, as well as a garden space that provides an ideal spot for outdoor activities or relaxation.
For your convenience, there are a few important details to keep in mind. A refundable security deposit of ?5000 is required before check-in, which will be refunded if the number of guests does not increase, check-out times are adhered to, and there is no damage to the property. The check-in time is 1 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. The rate does not include meals, and the use of the kitchen will incur an extra charge. Guests are requested to bring their own towels and toiletries. Hookah consumption is permitted only in the pool area, and pets are allowed with prior approval. The balance amount must be paid upon arrival. For safety reasons, the pool is accessible until 10 PM, and outside sound systems are strictly prohibited after that time. A valid ID proof must be submitted at check-in, and although electricity issues are beyond our control, an inverter is available to provide a backup of 3-4 hours.
The property is conveniently located within a 5 km radius of popular tourist attractions such as Bhaja Caves, Visapur Fort, Lohagad Fort, Ekvira Temple, Wet and Joy Waterpark, and Valvan Dam, making it an ideal base for exploring Lonavala. Additionally, dining options like Karla Caves, Kinara Dhaba, and Shital Dhaba are close by, offering a variety of local flavors to enjoy during your stay.
