Silverwood Villa, nestled in a serene and secure neighborhood, is a recently renovated 5BHK luxury retreat licensed by MTDC. The owners and their subordinate staffs don't treat the buyers well. Once your advance booking is done,and visit their office, you will be shocked to see, your booked plot is soldout.And you will be forced accept other plot. Very tough and tough builder's in Hosur. Don't invest your hard earned money with them. Enormous delay in registration Absolutely no communication and no response to our calls.
Good place but maintenance is not done properly, construction waste is everywhere and no proper maintenance for cleaning roads etc ..
Please inquiry all SGIR customers then invest & They do not complete on time hand over house & keep creating reason for delaying construction & similarly don't build any amenities on time. Please think much before investing. Most people have updated fake reviews.
SGiR is building a villa for me in plot no.313. the entire place is surrounded by lush green silver oak trees. From the promoter to staff all are very cordinal. timeliness could be better but owing to qualify of construction and materials that could be taken. I feel its good value for money.
good location and value for money. But time of delivery will be taken atleast 3 years for a house to stay. They are very slow in progressing.
Not sure whether 300 villas planned.. moreover no proof of loan first (Not sure whether it’s Approved) Right from January’19 till now loan has not been approved for any property. People insite itself not sure about the property measurements. Damn sure not even 10 property booked in pre launching block A. But people are saying 150 properties sold out. We will get Property Approval document and legal document only after paying 5 L. I would suggest don’t waste money in paying advance as this property has not been approved since January ‘19. I’m really surprised how come villas that we see and finalize during our visit are sold out once we get into office which is located in the same site.(people are trying to create demand and trying to sell vasthu less properties first. Be careful guys.. wrote this review on own experience.
Far from Hosur bus stand 7 km. Not sure 300 villas planned would be blocked and built. If built as planned , it would be a good gated community
