Welcome to The Downtown, a luxurious 3BHK villa tucked away behind Fariyas Hotel in the serene beauty of Lonavala. This villa is your gateway to a pampered and indulgent retreat, offering an exquisite blend of comfort, privacy, and fun. With spacious outdoor areas, a private pool that’s open 24/7, and the exceptional service of a full-time in-house chef (included in your package, with groceries on actuals), The Downtown promises an unforgettable family getaway. The villa’s charm extends beyond its amenities, with a delightful collection of antiques adding a touch of vintage elegance to the modern comfort.
Designed to ensure a cozy and restful stay, the villa features three fully air-conditioned bedrooms (one on the ground floor and two on the first floor), each furnished with premium linen, wardrobes, and convenient charging points. The three ensuite bathrooms come equipped with modern fittings, hot water geysers, and essential toiletries like towels and soaps. The villa’s outdoor spaces are perfect for family gatherings, offering ample seating for outdoor dining and a lush lawn where you can relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, and serve ware with separate sets for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy the Bluetooth speaker provided in-house, as external DJs and speakers are not allowed. Music can be played indoors or outdoors, but with volume limitations to respect the peaceful surroundings. The villa also includes an inverter and battery backup to handle basic electricity needs, ensuring a seamless experience even during power outages.
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa, pool, and surrounding outdoor areas, guaranteeing complete privacy throughout their stay. A delicious morning breakfast with tea or coffee is included in the package, and barbeque arrangements can be made upon request. The villa has a refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 payable at check-in and ID verification is mandatory for all guests.

Itinerary
Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysées, Louvre Museum, Place de la Concorde
Visit the Eiffel Tower and take a tour to the top of the tower for panoramic views of Paris. Explore the Champs-Elysées avenue, known for its high-end fashion boutiques, cafes and cinemas. Stroll through the Jardin des Tuileries, a beautiful park located between the Louvre Museum and the Place de la Concorde.
Winged Victory of Samothrace, Venus de Milo, Sainte Chapelle
Spend the day at the Louvre Museum, home to famous works of art such as the Mona Lisa, the Winged Victory of Samothrace, and the Venus de Milo. Visit the nearby Sainte Chapelle, a Gothic chapel known for its stained glass windows. Take a stroll along the Seine River.
Palace of Versailles, Hall of Mirrors

It was perfect! The one bedroom villa was just right for me and my 15yr old daughter :) the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and they come every night to spray for mosquitos so didn’t get bitten once while i was there. Recommend
Very disappointed with our stay. What was shown on the photos online didn’t match the villa we were given. The room was dirty and run down. Wouldn’t come back. We thought we were getting a modern villa not this!!!||The pool area and outside was immaculate
Great location very clean and the pool is the best. The staff very helpful. Only complaint is there is only 1 key however, they do let you in. Breakfast is average but the service makes up for any shirt fall.. I would highly recommend anybody to stay here.
Excellent location! Even though it's in the heart of seyminyak, it's really quiet. Just a 2 min walk to th main road and there is a bintang supermarket for all your needs. Rooms are well equipment clean and relatively new. The pool is a great plus to cool off.
The service at the downtown villa was superb, we were always greeted with smiles from the staff. The manager Sindy was very helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable. They come to the room each and everyday to service the villa, which was really nice. Pool is really big and clean. Good place for a family.

I just came back from downtown villas, all i can say is that this place is awesome , staff are so friendly and welcoming, buggy is amazing and food was brilliant. It almost felt like i never wanted to leave , i diffidently recommend this place. They clean the rooms everyday and if you need anything they are just a phone call away. When there was building work, they offered us a free massage at a place up the road. Please stay here it was so amazing.
The room was very good, but its very dirty, all the glass are dirty, there are some water and wine from customer staying before. Its disgusting. When i check in, there are only 1 towel on the bathroom. There are no toilets paper, there are no amenities. And the pool was dirty. Im so sad because absolutely this is a good villa, but minimum service and knowledge from the staff and worker.
Great place to stay in Seminyak. At first place might seem dodgy but once you step in to your room ull see how good the place is. Breakfast and other food are served to your room . They give you free shuttle rides to close areas. Also if like staying near to city life this might be for you. - Great service - Okay price - Great Staff - Very Clean - Very nice rooms and garden in the backyard with its own pools
Nice room deluxe single with huge bed drop pool and bath n shower good WiFi and very close to supermarket shops n restaurants plus beach only downfall is wall's are thin and there is actually no.room service even tho they have menu ? good price tho and nice n clean friendly staff
We will be back. Across the road from the Bintang supermarket. Centrally located within walking distance to most shopping. Golf cart pick up to breakfast and return. Private, peaceful, quiet own villa with own pool. A private car for five hours AUD35 organised by Downtown Villas.
We have had 2 stays here and absolutely loved it..awesome staff who can't do enough to help you. Would recommend them for a great holiday..we hope to get back there soon. Hopefully it's safe to travel overseas very soon.

This place is perfect. In the middle of bustling seminyak (right across bintang supermarket) but still secluded (kept you from the loud noise). Full facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

Absolute luxury we had 3 bedroom villa it has a massive pool to ourselves staff can't do enough for you very friendly highly recommend
