I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at Sisarma Villa, Udaipur. During my stay, several valuable items were stolen from my room, including a watch, expensive perfume, ?10,000 in cash, an iPhone charger, and even personal clothing like a pair of jeans and a top. I immediately reported the theft to the management, but their response was inadequate and unsympathetic. They did not take the matter seriously, and there was no proper investigation or resolution. The lack of security measures and the indifferent attitude of the staff made the entire experience even worse.
We experienced a horror incident in the villa. 1 couple & 4 friends, couple was living at GF & we were on 1st floor we had party till night then went to sleep, at sleep there was sound of someone walking & crying. Life time experience
I am extremely disappointed with management and staff of sisarma. Fews items of ours were found missing watch, expensive perfume end 10,000 amount in cash was missing. We have informed the management but no action was taken.
We recently got the opportunity to stay at the blissful Sisarmavilla in The Lake city of Udaipur. What an amazing place it is. Ultimate luxury soaked in the lap of wilderness. Every room has a special view of the Sunset or the Sunrise. Nagendra and his wife Anuradha manage this property with all the love and passion. Each and every detail is looked into by them personally. They brought the warmth into our stay. Pool is stunning and kept spotlessly clean with crystal clear blue waters that just draws us towards itself all the time. Food is a gourmet delight and with all the pampering me and my family received it became extra special experience. Kids just did not want to leave. The property follows every Corona related protocol by the book . We just can’t wait to return.
