My worst experience ever in my vacation i have booked this place trough airbnb after confirmation i got a msg from the host i askd him how much far is the place from lonavala market he said 10 to 15 mint once i recd it was 30 mint from lonavala kumar resort.it was very very far near mumbai pune highway once we recd their was so much of mosquito the washroom was stiking like hell we was with family we have kids in kids playng area they have snake wholes in playing area so not safe for kids.then even in washroom the caretakerhave said thy snakes come from their also from the whole of washroom so they have keep the big stone in washroom. Nd we stayed for 2 dys we have taken 1 day food service the food was not at all gud tastles.so nct day we oder from outside in this 2 dys no caretaker have came to clean the house while living i askd them y u guyz did not clean the room he said we charge 500 rs for tht just for cleaning their was no toiletry in the rooms no towels eveen their is drinking water issues. Bad experience of my entire life i will nevr recomeded this place to anyone cheap place
We had a wonderful experience at Mountain Villa. We 8 ladies had been there on 3-4 July 2024 for a get together. Right from booking to check out it was a great experience. The villa has a fantastic view on all sides. The 3hhk house is well maintained. The infinity pool is an awesome experience. The owner Mr. Parmar is very nice and friendly. The caretakers Mauli n his wife Seema are amazing. They made us feel so comfortable and catered to all our requirements. Seema is a very hardworking lady. She was managing the entire kitchen by herself. She cooked some yummy food for all our 3 meals. On the whole a very happy and memorable picnic for all of us.. thank you so much..
Property looks good in photos only, they don't know how to host guest. As we were on vacation, do not poke each and everything like, turn off the lights, don't make noise if you're sitting outside, and we got shocked when the caretaker suddenly came through the back gate when we were sleeping in your main hall. There is no privacy and not basic manner, like not entering a room or kitchen without guest permission. It looks like caretaker instructed to do this and don’t do this, worst!
Worst experience. Care taker was so unprofessional and rude. Owner should give some training that how to welcome guests and make them feel like home. Switched off the lights in night even the whole group was seating there to spend time. Continuously reminding of check out time is hights. Without permission or informing care taker was come and go in the house. No proper cleaning, no basic facilities available in rooms and kitchen. Owner should seriously work on this things. People come here to enjoy holidays, not to have extra stress. I am adding the video of your villa for your reference coz you are not accepting the problem. I have not complained about location or property, the point is about hospitality. And you have confirmed on the call with my group that i was your guest, that means I have not given review for the different place. Hope I am clear with my point and hope you will understand and accept.
Very beautiful property, neatly maintained. Good place for a family get together. We stayed here for 3 days in the last week of May and found very comfortable and homely. The outdoor space for Barbecue and play area was really good to hang around and our child loved it so much. The swimming pool is available for anytime to dive in, is another best thing. This place is close to the Lohagarh fort which is easily visible from this property. The property is slightly inside from the main road but overall it's at a good spot amidst hills where you can relax and spend your vacation. Keeping a car/scooter with you will be helpful for anywhere to go around.
It is very neat and clean place.. The whole concept of property is very good for family and large group of friends. We stayed for 3 nights had really fun with kids and kids didn't wanted to leave the property on the last day..the cook is really amazing.. Cooks very delicious food.. The newly made Infinity pool is the star of the property.. Over all excellent experience and would recommend to all.. The host is very polite and kind and answered all our queries very quickly.. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid. We all had a relaxing stay. The owner of the property is really a gem of a person. He is always available over chat or call. The pool was neat and clean. The caretakers wife cooks great food. The place also has two restaurants nearby who deliver food. Overall we had a memorable stay and we will love to visit again. Thank You Parmarji for hosting us.
