The resort is well built & well maintained. Malgund beach is on walking distance from this place. Food options are descent and non-vegetarian food was fresh and delicious. The preparation style is not authentic konkani but fish fry options are nice. Service is excellent. The service staff is available on one call within a minute. Rooms are descent but the biggest disappointment was cleanliness of mattress, beddings and towels. Bedding was itchy and not cleaned properly. AC was not working in one of the room but they provided cooler when we complained about it. Also, mineral water bottles are not complimentary. They will provide jar of water but will charge for bottles.
Overall resort is very beautiful.. location is bang on.. can see the sea from a few rooms. Food options are really less but tasty. Food options can do better. Also on snack items are very less
Hii, This is Santosh Kund. I got last minute booking at this villa resort , Thanks to the owner .I have clearly stated him the review which i read on Google about cleanliness of Wash rooms and Beds . He has patiently listened and promised me that everything will be as per industry standard. To my surprise He and His team has kept promise. I wish them to Maintain This Superb Property and try to upgrade more ... I suggest Everyone to visit this property and enjoy premium rooms , view was great. Rooms very clean and comfortable, still need little bit imprvement on small corners and places and equipments. Staff is very humble and helpful
The property is located in a serene area but the property itself is not well maintained. Basic services such as Washrooms were not that clean. Beddings were smelly and had to be changed at 10pm as we couldn’t sleep with it. Kitchen services not great and took too much time for basic items such as Coffee and Lemon Soda. Would not recommend this property to friends and family due to my own experience.
We stayed here for one night. It is located in the Malgund and the beach is 5 mins walking distance. Beach is not visible from the farm house. Ganpati Pule Ganpati mandir is 10 mins driving distance and all the tourist attractions are nearby. It was a very peaceful and quiet stay amongst nature. The surrounding area is maintained well and beautiful. But more cleaning is required inside rooms. The cupboard available in the room was unclean from inside and unused linen was kept. Also, bathroom had cobweb at the window and there were two small lizards inside. We had our dinner at the farm house. The food was well prepared and staff were cooperative. Tea was well prepared, tea lovers will like it.
Staff is co-operative but hotel is not well maintained. Rooms were not cleaned, Bathroom tiles broken, TV not working, Fungus on remote, Stains on bedsheet, Cold breakfast, smell in room due to rainy weather, room is full of Mosquitoes. Frustrated during the stay. Not recommended.
It's a very great and relaxing place, also its great for family stays and and the nature is amazing. It's never hot here also It's beach touched property and all the rooms have good privacy and this place is great for sea site.
Beautifull villas, rooms are specious, house keeping service is very good, all staff are co-operative & all views are nice.
Less sea view obstructed by trees. But nevertheless big beautiful cottages. The approach road can be better paved.
Beautiful location with beautiful beach view! The part we most appreciated was the fact that the villas are pet friendly! It was a joy to watch our pets roam freely in the garden areas, it truly made their birthday week special. Food tastes very homely although slightly overpriced, but good for the portion size. Would have appreciated cleaner bedsheets and towels as well as some toiletries like handwash, toilet paper etc. However, the location makes it perfect for a getaway as it's so quiet and serene with very helpful staff. Malgund beach opposite this property is one of the quietest and beautiful beaches to visit while you're here! Will surely want to visit again sometime :)
Good location but not good hotel. Rooms and bathroom not well cleaned. Food is very costly compared to other hotels nearby in Ganpatipule. Staff is also not friendly. Not recommended at all.
Good property loads of greenery and just near the beach side. It was peaceful indeed . They have a very good and friendly staff. I enjoyed my one day stay, I could have extended my stay if the property had indoor and outdoor activities or even swings to chill outside the room. Bathroom needs a little attention it had a foul smell and water spray was dripping water continuously. They serve good food according to your preference.
For the 3500 per room we paid...It's a very rustic place with mud roads...The rooms have AC and are "decent". The service is "decent". The restaurant food and the breakfast are below average. The main problem is that the view to the beach is completely blocked by trees and even the wind from the sea. So why call it Beachfront? Please relocate the trees.
Unnecessary expensive. We ordered Fish Thali of ?620. It had half glass of solkadi! Couldn't they afford to give full glass in 620? Uncomfortable mattress
Good stay. Good service. Good food as well. Feedback for the establishment : - Hot water in the bathroom had very low flow, and it was difficult to get a good shower temperature. - Toiletries situation could be better. No hand wash or shower gel was provided. - Pillows were a bit too dirty/ dusty. Nothing bad enough for me to reduce the overall rating, though. Had a good time.
15 min from ganpatipule temple. villas are pet friendly! Food is not so good as they used same gravy in chiken and fish. Food spevially Fosh thali is is highly overpriced. They dont served tea or coffee after 10 am. Even after requesting them for tea they refuse to give tea at 3.30 pm. Appreciate room size, cleaning and toiletries. Beach is 100 meters walkkng distance from resort. Over all good experiance accept food
