Welcome to Kasa Bliss Villa Wada, a delightful retreat where you can enjoy a memorable vacation with family and friends. Our property offers a comfortable stay in a scenic setting, and we ensure that your every need is met.
Accommodation: We provide 5 cozy bedrooms, tastefully designed to offer a homely ambiance. You'll find 7 comfortable beds in the bedrooms, each adorned with plush blankets, pillows, and all the essential beddings to ensure a restful sleep. Additionally, we offer 25 single mattresses, complete with blankets and pillows, for guests who are ready to adjust and experience a unique stay.
Capacity: The property can comfortably accommodate a total of 30 to 35 people when everyone is open to adjusting and utilizing both the beds and single mattresses.
Indoor Games: Indulge in some friendly competition and entertainment with our assortment of indoor games. From classics like Ludo, Snakes & Ladder, Chess, and Scrabble to engaging options like Monopoly Business, Connect Four, Carrom, Darts, Uno Cards, Playing Cards, and Jenga, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Outdoor Games: Embrace the great outdoors with an array of exciting outdoor games. Engage in friendly matches of Cricket with bat and ball, enjoy the thrill of Volleyball and Football, showcase your skills in Badminton, and relish the traditional Indian game of Lagori.

Absolutely loved the stay. Hospitality,food, hygiene and staff are to the T. I've been to many villas in Hyd, BLR and Mumbai. But this has been the most memorable one.

It is a great villa. In terms of service food and cleanliness of the villa i would rate it 10/10. And the staff is also very good.. They even made different food for babies as we asked for. A must visit place.

Amazing place with a 3 bedroom all with attached bathrooms. Amazing living and kitchen space. There are 2 more rooms which are seperate from the bunglow, which also have attached bathrooms. The bunglow is spacious, neat and clean. It has air conditioning in every room. The bunglow has a well kept lawn area, along with many seating options in the sides of the lawn. There is a medium sized pool (depth 5 feet) which is also clean. The bunglow has plenty of options to chill, it has multiple terrace seating options and also outdoor and dine area. The staff was always attentive and helpful, we were provided with everything we ever asked for, never a single No. The owner of the bunglow is a real nice human being, who not only was available at our phone call but also ensured that we were given the best and prompt service by his staff. A Big Thank you to Tiwari, Santosh and Ratan. And we will definitely be back here soon. Thank you Rounak. Forgot about the delicious and mouth watering vegetarian food served during our 2 nights stay. P. S. There is a BBQ set available on request.
We went with group and really enjoyed a lot . Villa and every room was very clean and hygienic. Their staff member was very helpful to everyone. And food is very tasty. They have the facility of playing indoor games and outdoor games and swimming pool etc.. Appreciate them all.?? People should must visit this place......
Nice property Easy drive from Mumbai. Nice lawn and pool and outdoor arrangement. The best part of this place is it's food and service. Definitely would look forward to visiting this place again.

Great property with outdoor games , swimming pool, board games and ample amount of sitting area. Food was on point. Clean and hygienic. The staff was the best specially yogeshji. Great place for family and friends. You wont get bored for sure! VALUE FOR MONEY.
Amazing property ?. Well maintained, you feel like home, we stayed here for weekend. Spacious, Cleanest & Awesome pool ( outdoor lights are top on cherry ). It's more beautiful ? at night. Perfect for families, Office outings, parties ?. Great food, it's made by the chef & care taker ( Tiwari Ji & Paresh ji - Too kind & very approachable). This has everything to enjoy your stay with indoor activities including all fun games like carrom, Ludo, etc no need to carry anything, everything has been taken care. I have stayed some villas in Lonavala, but this is something special????
I am late to post my review due to my busy schedule, however it was essential for me to share my experience. I booked this farm house for my company trip (we were 22 total) and it was lovely experience. Everything was well managed by Mr. Ronak (owner of Farm), I did not really had to get involved anywhere in terms of planning. Rooms were clean, swimming pool was clean and filtered, dj level lighting around the pool, foods were just delicious (Mr. Ronak has helped me in deciding the lunch and dinner menus). There was a care taker available whenever you need anything. You will just feel like your second home. Nothing cons, I can really think of. Would definitely highly recommend this farm house if you want hussle free experience.
The villa is really nice with clean rooms ,a big lawn area to play & relax..the staff was very co- operative and always available for our service..food was very delicious..It was a memorable stay for us at Kasa farm.. Looking forward to visit them again in the future..????
Had a wonderful experience at Kasa Farm..true to their tagline "Home that calls you home". Everything was perfectly looked after by the caretaker of the villa Mr Tiwari..Owner Mr Raunak was personally involved in making our stay very comfortable and memorable.. The food was amazing and beyond wordss!! would recommend it to each and everyone who are tired of planning repetitive trips to lonavala/ matheran...this place "Wada" is worth exploring! And "Kasa Farm" is the best of all !... Ps: you will miss their food for first few days after the trip :p Like
Amazing place with all indoor & outdoor games....decent swimming pool....disco ligths with good music system....food is excellent....over all nice place for 1 or 2 days trip with group of 15 to 20 people....great hospitality

The place is situated in wada and surrounded by nature, its a good capability 3 bedroom with a king size living room attached with small garden and pool. Great place for family gathering and parties. Food was superb and caretakers were so cooperative and friendly. Overall peaceful place with mind soothing views. Highly recommended.
