Worst location in terms of accessibility! The surrounding area is flooded during monsoon, there was no water supply on the whole second day and the caretaker provided muddy water which was unusable
Not recommendated!! Worst property, Everything was broken and Wifi also doesnt work. Washrooms was very dirty even the beds. Review:0 for everything.

Please don't consider this for you stays. When we arrived to the villa, we noticed some of the ceiling were broken and didn't give it much thought. We kept our bags in one room and left the villa and went to the locations we wanted to visit and we came back in the evening and the caretaker called the owner and told him we broke the ceiling and owner started asking us for extra money to fix it. The caretaker told us the cats might have done it and told the owner we did it. The caretaker asks for extra money for every single task. He refused to get us things we needed just because he didn't want to go outside. The Geysers don't work properly we had to call an electrician who told us someone turned the water off for the geyser and later we found out it was the caretaker. After turning on the water the geysers still didn't work, we had to use cold water throughout our stay and the owner would not take any responsibility for it. We were asked to checkout at 9:30 in the morning by the caretaker but our checkout was at 11am. He just barged into our rooms and started cleaning. There's many more stuff that went badly due to incompetence of the caretaker and the owner as well.
Worst experience ever. Recommend do not ever book this villa if you expect a clean place to spend your vacation. There was some weird smell in the villa as it was kept unclean. There were cockroaches in the kitchen even in the trolleys so we couldn't use the kitchen. One Bathroom glasses were broken. Caretaker is not upto the mark. The dustbins were so shabby and unclean. The mattress and pillows provided were so bad. I have attached photos. Do not visit here, it's total waste of money. The doors did not lock properly. Overall safety and cleanliness both were at stake. And we had paid a premium price for this villa
Best villa i visited. Main highlights were pool size(24 feet) and very spacious hall upstairs. Great mountain view. Necessary facilities like water supply and utensils were all there. Music system, wifi, bbq (no charcoal), pool, water purifier all as best as they could be. Shops are 10-15 min away. Care takes attitude was good and cooperative. Villa owner was especially very nice...and even put up with our last moment request. Over all worth it.
I don't want to give one star but google does not have the facility. Recently visited this place. Please don't visit.....Waste of money according to rent... bunglow is near malavali railway station.....so all day and night you have to deal with noise.....its like u slept on railway station. All the pictures and live experience is totally different. ....worst management....... kitchen is in upstairs and fridge is in ground floor...was hectic to do up down......rooms were pathetic......lot of cockroaches. Few of them are came back with us. When u sleep u will found them on your bedsheet. care taker service is horrible ........he is not available for guest at bunglow.......rooms was smelling bad..... kitchen was full of cockroaches....and..even in bedroom also.......bed linen had a bad odour........owner is not at all interested in guest service.....even the out side area and staircase of bunglow was slippery.......one of my friend badly injured.......even morning tea and coffee, lunch & dinner served in plastic bags...... pathetic service.......had very very bad experience.

One of the worst villas we had ever visited. Villa is having restrictions for music ( but other was playing loud music whole night) and pool timings (we are restricted access for pool after 10 pm till checkout). One ac and fan was not working properly. Kitchen and playing areas were not clean properly and owner was very rude.
One of the worst experience in this Villa. You can find 10 times better Villa if you check with the Vicinity around. PLZ DONT PAY ADVANCE BOOKING HERE THEY WON'T REFUND. Posting this review with pictures. 1. The Road to the Villa has potholes which can swallow your car. 2. The Brabeque they promised vs the Barbeque we got. 3. The place needs renovation badly. 4. Pictures of pool which has broken metallic bars. 5. Kitchen has all oil spill on walls 6. The interior posted by the owner on all forums are the pictures clicked in the beginning of ths property. Now the property really has Bad negative vibes. 7. The furniture is all worn out.

Don't visit this villa ever, one of the worst management here. The cook who had to cook for us had drunk and slept off. When we back from the town we had to eat whatever we could do at 10:00 pm. No votes were also open.
I recommend this place for food.. otherwise caretaker was nice at first meeting and after some time he was very rude.. he put some restrictions like you cannot go to the pool after 8 pm you have to sleep before 2 am and you cannot play loud music and many more which is not enjoyable… but because of food quality we forget all this things so this vill is not highly recommended

Cozy and comfortable place to stay in. If you are visiting lonavla then this is the cheapest option you can get if you are visiting in a group of 10 people. The place is just 5kms away from lonavla but the last 1km road near the villa is bad. Caretaker is good as well as supportive. Air conditioner is provided only in 1 bedroom but the weather over there is quite plesant and you wont need it.
The bungalow was worth to book must visit the service was excellent and very gentle behaviour and the pool was excellent

ALL THE IMAGES ARE DECEIVING. DON'T EVER VISIT THIS PLACE. WORST MANAGEMENT. VILLA IS NOT AT ALL MAINTAINED. YOU WILL REGRET BOOKING THIS VILLA FOR SURE. They will waste your time if you ask them to cancel your booking and refund the amount.

This place is perfect to SPOIL your holiday. AC not working, Geyser not working, Owner is not interested in your stay. Food service is bad. No restaurant nearby Google Map location incorrect.
Place is wonderful with great view of the mountains. Has private swimming pool as well. Great to stay with family and friends. Highly reccomend this place if you are visiting lonavla.
Bakwas villa I have ever visited ....The owners out there are very rude...worst experience ever...No water supply...No electricity...I suggest if you don't want to ruin your plans then please don't visit this place...I hope this review helps you.

Spacious 3bhk bungalow. Clean and tidy. Huge hall on both floors. Caretaker is helpful too.
Bit outside of lonavala, specious and near to malvali railway station. Perfect for lohgad /Visapur trekking in rainy season
